Girls Summer Sports Camp 2008

The FSHA summer sports program is open to girls, age 6-12 years. Previous athletic knowledge and experience are not necessary. Students will receive fundamental instruction in basketball, softball, track, soccer, fitness dancing, volleyball, water polo and swimming. Summer School Begins June 9, Summer Camp Begins June 16

Register for Summer School or Summer Camp today. Summer school course offerings include Algebra, American Government, Analytical Geometry, Cell Biology, Economics and Geometry and is open to girls entering grades 10-12. Summer camp is from June 16-27, 2008 and enrollment is open to girls entering into grades 6-8.

Summer School Requirements

Now is the time families are thinking about summer school, so we would like you to have an idea of FSHA’s summer school policies.  Approval from FSHA is required for any course taken for credit, whether it be a making up a D or taking an extra year of math.  Classes taken off campus are not factored into the FSHA GPA.  We do not include classes taken for enrichment on our transcript.  If you have ANY questions, please contact Kathy Desmond at (626) 685-8369.  Approval forms are located in Mrs. Desmond’s office and are available from the academic advisors.

Resident Student Applications Still Being Accepted

We are still welcoming applications for the 2008-2009 school year for the Resident Student program at FSHA. The deadline has been extended to accommodate the increasing number of interested applicants and to ensure that all potential students are allowed the chance to apply. For further information, please contact the Admissions Office at 626-685-8333 or through email at admissions@fsha.org. Applications may be downloaded online by visiting the Resident Program pages (see link above).
