People from all corners of the FSHA community — current parents, past parents and alumnae alike — gathered at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale on Columbus Day for the annual golf tournament and dinner to benefit the Harry G. Johansing Scholarship Fund. Brendan & Cameron Turner, Chuck Hartwig and Jonathan Goglia were the day's winning foursome, and Robert Silverman (Brianna '13) won the Putt for Cash competition.
After a full field of 138 golfers finished their day on the course, Srs. Carolyn and Celeste welcomed them and other attendees for cocktails, a silent auction and dinner in the clubhouse. There, Thomas Porter, brother of Paul Porter, won the jewelry raffle, and Marilyn Pieroni, grandmother of Allison Pieroni '16, won the cash raffle. The day's efforts have brought in — to date — $82,000.
FSHA grads in attendance included Jessica Saydah '09; Kathleen Sadler Pernecky '87; Kathy von Massenhausen Ursini '83; Elizabeth Mozilo Fitzpatrick '80; Sr. Giulii Zobelein '50; and Meghan Friese Stimmler '92.
