Residential Life: Winter 2022 Update
Fall and winter at Flintridge Sacred Heart are delightful time periods for our school and the students lucky enough to live here on the Hill. Our season began with our treasured matriculation ceremony and res life retreat; two days of bonding and reflection as we become a unified community of sisters.
Our weekends have been filled with hiking, camping trips, shopping fun, cooking, baking, exploring Los Angeles, and service work. There is no limit to the weekend options our res life students may join! One highlight was Universal Studios Horror Night. Another favorite was the fall camping trip to the beautiful desert of Joshua Tree National Park.
Our evening cultural series included a spirited Nigerian Independence Day dinner, Canadian and American Thanksgiving celebrations, a spooky Halloween party, a Murder Mystery Birthday dinner, and our annual holiday party and Secret Santa gift exchange.
It has been a truly enjoyable fall on the Hill, and we are fortunate to live in a beautiful setting with snow-capped mountains in the distance. Come for a visit!
