The Director of Residents and three Resident Supervisors provide 24-hour supervision for the boarding students. In addition, a security officer is on duty. The safety of the students is a high priority at FSHA.

The Resident Staff strongly believes in establishing open lines of communication with parents and welcome their phone calls and emails.
