Residential Life Curriculum
The newly redesigned Residential Life Curriculum seeks to foster a sense of belonging and empowerment in our students. Based on research and best practices, the curriculum has been designed to teach social emotional skills, character, life skills, outdoor skills, and wellness. Our girls will learn skills today that translate to the real world. From learning about self-management to healthy relationships to compromise, to managing a budget, cooking a meal, or changing a tire, the students will benefit from a holistic education that transcends the confines of the classroom. Wellness teachers, dorm parents, counselors, parents, school staff and outside experts will deliver a robust program in the evenings and weekends. Our residential life curriculum is designed to nurture the lives of our boarding students, with an additional focus on four key areas: community, spirituality, education and awareness, and leadership.
