Carole Platz

Sad news from Ramona Convent Secondary School, September 1 -

Ms. Carole Platz, teacher and Vice Principal, died this afternoon from the effects of the severe stroke she suffered last week.

Please pray for her, her family, her students, her colleagues, and her friends.

Carole was a dedicated teacher, with many gifts and talents that she shared generously with her students at Ramona for 38 years. As Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Carole was noted for her fairness and consistency. As a teacher, her passion for the human experience of the events of American history and for the beauty of math inspired all of her students. All of us in her Ramona community will miss her deeply.
