Like all independent schools, FSHA relies on contributions to the Flintridge Fund. Tuition, alone, does not cover the actual cost of educating each student; gifts to the Flintridge Fund help bridge that gap. As an alumna, your gift to the Flintridge Fund conveys satisfaction with your experience and shows a desire to provide today’s students the same opportunities you were afforded – not only to sustain the amazing academic and extracurricular programs we have today, but to build on them.
Together our voices send a powerful message. Your gift conveys satisfaction with your experience and shows a desire to provide today’s students the same opportunities you were afforded. Your gift also can help Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy secure additional funding from foundations. Alumnae participation is a key statistic foundations consider when evaluating grant requests. Your gift – whether it’s $25, $100 or $250 – makes a difference!
For me, attending Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy has meant one thing: opportunity. The opportunity to discover strengths and talents and interests I didn’t know I had. The opportunity to grow spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally … Flintridge Sacred Heart has been a vehicle to the discovery of myself and all that I can achieve. —Kristian Olivia Mathews ’16, Johansing Scholar
1931 Alumnae Leadership Circle
Since our founding in 1931, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy has relied on the vast accomplishments and generosity of our alumnae to grow into the outstanding educational institution we are today. The 1931 Circle recognizes the generous support of our alumnae donors who lead by example and the significant role they play in the school’s past, present, and future.
Alumnae giving $1,931 and more on an annual basis to the Flintridge Fund are recognized as members of the Society. Members will receive special recognition throughout the year in appreciation of their generosity and will be invited to the annual 1931 Alumnae Leadership Circle dinner. Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy is truly grateful for the loyal support of our alumnae donors who help ensure a bright future for FSHA.
The Flintridge Fund awarded $1 million in aid to nearly 26% of the student body for the 2015-16 school year.
The Bridge Society recognizes and celebrates a very special group of women: our most loyal alumnae who demonstrate through their consistent support what it means to truly believe in FSHA. Their devotion, dedication, and consistency to their alma mater are the hallmarks of the Tolog Family, which has strengthened FSHA from generation after generation, from the time of Mother Dolorosa until today.
Alumnae who make a gift of any size for five consecutive years are recognized as members of the Bridge Society. For this significant show of support, alumnae members of the Society are recognized with an elegant bracelet with special charms given at the 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-year milestones. A lifetime of giving by alumnae is a vote of confidence in what FSHA has been, what it is today, and what it will become and shows tremendous gratitude for the impact that their alma mater had on their lives.
