Spring Break Global Service Trips Announced

Flintridge Sacred Heart is thrilled to announce two global service trips running over spring break to Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. The two trips will run concurrently from April 2-April 12. We will travel with an excellent youth travel provider, Global Works Travel, as well as with academy teachers. The service trips are open to students in grades 9-12 who have the maturity to travel independently. Both if these locations are Covid safe, and Global Works Travel is the leader in risk assessment and student travel.

The Global Initiatives program at Flintridge Sacred Heart includes spring and summer global service trips, and exchanges to member Round Square schools. 

The application process for both trips is now open. Interested students should contact Dr. James at jjames@fsha.org for an application. The timeline and important dates are as follows:

Jan. 5: Flintridge Sacred Heart application due to Dr. James
Jan. 24: Deposit Due to Global Works ($495)
Feb. 1: Flights Booked
Feb. 17: Balance Due to Global Works
March 1: Paperwork due to Global Works, Parent meeting
April 2: Trips departure from LAX
