A Home Away From Home

Life in the boarding hall is a priceless opportunity for you to experience dynamic cultural exchange, explore Los Angeles, and build lifelong friendships with young women from around the world. Rooted in the Dominican tradition, our boarding community is a place where students feel known, supported, and inspired to grow.

Residential Life Curriculum

At Flintridge Sacred Heart, boarding life is an extension of the classroom—where students grow, connect, and discover their independence. Our Residential Life Curriculum fosters a strong sense of belonging while equipping students with the skills they need for life beyond high school. Through engaging evening and weekend programming led by dorm parents, faculty, counselors, and guest experts, students develop confidence in areas like self-management, healthy relationships, and everyday life skills—from managing a budget to preparing a meal. Rooted in community, spirituality, education and awareness, and leadership, this holistic program empowers each student to thrive on the Hill and far beyond.
