Dear TOLOGS,
It is with joy, gratitude, and deep purpose that I step into the role of Alumnae Board President for the 2025-2027 school years. As a proud member of the Class of 2004, I know firsthand how transformative a Flintridge Sacred Heart education can be. This school not only shaped who I am—it gave me lifelong friendships, a strong moral compass, and a foundation of curiosity, confidence, and courage that continues to guide me every day.
I take on this role with a clear mission: to support the lifelong advancement of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy by fostering meaningful connections, building a vibrant culture of mentorship and philanthropy, and serving as a unifying voice for our diverse alumnae community.
In that spirit, I’m especially passionate about launching a mentorship initiative that pairs current students and recent grads with alumnae who can offer guidance, perspective, and encouragement as they grow into the next chapter of their lives while navigating the ever-changing world around us. Our sisterhood is one of the most powerful aspects of being a TOLOG. We are women rooted in Dominican values who lead with faith, integrity, truth, resilience, compassion, and purpose. Whether you’re a CEO, artist, caregiver, educator, entrepreneur, mother—or all of the above—your story and experience have the power to light the way for another.
As I shared in my recent commencement address, our journeys are rarely linear. Life will challenge us, change us, and call us to rise again and again. But our Sacred Heart education taught us that we are never alone. We have each other. And the more we lean into that truth—through mentorship, shared stories, support, and service—the stronger our network becomes.
So whether you graduated last year or decades ago, I invite you to reconnect with the Hill. Join us for an event. Say yes to mentoring. Give back. Share your story. Together, we’ll honor the rich legacy we’ve inherited while building a future that continues to uplift and empower generations of TOLOGS to come.
With the spirit of sisterhood,
Whitney Davis ’04
