More About Our Groups | Along with individual, family, couple, and parent therapy, we offer an extensive group program for children, teens, and adults. Middle and high school girls gain skills for hardiness, happiness, and mindfulness while connecting with other girls and young women. Empowerment Groups Self-esteem, relational confidence, dealing with strong emotions, and positive body image are promoted through dialogue, art, and other activities. Process Groups Our process groups provide teen girls the opportunity to identify their most important issues and grow and heal with the benefit of peer group interaction. Social Competency Skills Groups For Children and teens These groups are ideal for girls who will benefit from specific and focused social skill-building. We integrate complementary skills in the areas of relaxation, self-calming, positive mindset, and self-care. DBT Groups (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Teen Girls, Adults, and Families Join with others to learn new ways to manage feelings & behaviors and enjoy more rewarding relationships. Young Women's Groups Ages 17 - 35 An exploration of self discovery and empowerment, our Young Women's Groups foster authentic relationships and skills for living real. Motherhood Journey Groups Groups are designed to provide authentic support and tools for new moms dealing with the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum life. Be R.E.A.L. (Relationships: Extraordinary, Authentic, Loving) is a one-week workshop designed to help girls build on friendship strengths - and to be skillful when navigating the challenges along the way. Now in its 11th year - our summer Be R.E.A.L. program for middle school girls and parents is July 14th-18th. The sessions include creative activities, real dialogue and skills, fun and refreshments. For girls ages 9th-12th grade Come join the fun in this 4 session interactive theater arts workshop! We will express ourselves through body, mind, voice, and spirit. During this workshop the girls will be invited to engage in creative movement and writing, find their assertive voice, and have fun laughing while engaging in improvisation games.
