Winter Ball Dress Code

There have been a number of students requesting the updated dress code for Winter Ball. Remembering the "mask" theme, you are also asked to select/construct an appropriate "party" syle mask that will enhance your outfit! See Mrs. Johnston if you have any additional questions! Read on for the details ...
Winter Ball Dress Code:
  1. Appropriate choice of dress (long or short formal dress; formal pant suit)
  2. Appropriate modesty of dress (no extreme necklines, backlines or slits; hem length follows guidelines for uniform skirt length; no extreme cut-outs, no bare midriffs); see class moderators and/or assistant principal for student affairs if there is a question
  3. Appropriate shoes (footwear that is safe)
  4. Appropriate hair, make up and accessories (no extremes in any of these catagories as determined by the school)
  5. Appropriate foundation wear for the style of clothing worn by the student
Students who go choose attire that violates the dress code for any of these non-uniform occasions or events will be asked to make the necessary changes to bring their appearance in line with the dress code. This may necessitate the student being denied entrance to an event or being required to leave the event all together.
