The health and wellness program is sponsoring an eight-week women's self-defense training for students, Dec. 6 to Feb. 7. Classes will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoons in the Green Room in FSHA's administration building. This class is open to all students and is first come first serve with a class size limited to 10 students. While FSHA is sponsoring this class there is a tuition fee of $375 per person.
