Participate in FSHA’s annual blood drive for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. All the blood collected at the blood drive will go STRAIGHT to the sickest kids in the area!  Each blood donation can save up to 3 lives! 
 
 
1 donation = 2 saved children + a t-shirt + free food!! 

All Donors Must:
  • Be at least 17 years old
  • Weigh at least 110 lbs.
  • Feel well and healthy the day of donation
  • Bring a valid photo ID, drivers license preferred
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day!
  • Eat a good meal before donating
  • Piercings and tattoos MUST be older than 12 months
