FSHA Represents at Cal Invitational Speech & Debate Competition

Our “tiny but mighty” team represented FSHA well at the Cal Invitational – the largest high school Speech & Debate competition in the country.

Junior, Jennifer Miranti, reached the Octafinal round in Impromptu Speaking which was one of the most competitive fields at this tournament with 201 students.  Jennifer came in at 35th place!

While our first-year debaters did not take home any trophies, they still won about as many rounds as they lost. It was a great learning experience.
