In-House Athletics Physicals for 2016-17 School Year

On Saturday, June 11, 2016 we hold our second annual in-house physicals from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the SAC. This pre-participation medical screening is for those students planning to participate in athletics for the 2016-17 school year. 

Students will rotate through eight assessment stations, which will be staffed by medical professionals. The girls should wear athletic shorts, t-shirts and sports bras. This health screening will meet the annual CIF paperwork requirement for student athletes participating in school sports. 
 
No need to register. Just show-up on June 11 with completed forms. Forms can be found in the school office or on the TologNet Resource Board.
